At Surveyor & Co, we provide specialist property and block management for small and medium-sized residential developments.

Our approach is simple: we manage buildings, not just paperwork.

From day-to-day management and service charges to major works, Section 20 consultations and complex building issues, we take a hands-on and proactive approach.

Yes. We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance with cover up to £2 million, providing protection and peace of mind for our clients.

Are you registered with the ICO?

Yes. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in compliance with data protection regulations.

Do you hold money in a designated client account?

Yes. All funds are held securely in a dedicated client account to ensure transparency, protection, and proper handling of client money at all times.

Are you a member of a Redress Scheme?

Yes. We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).

Do you have access to trusted surveyors?

Yes, we work with an independent consultant RICS surveyor

How much do you charge for block management?

£300 per unit per annum

Our Essential package provides a comprehensive, professional block management service, delivering everything needed to effectively manage your development.

A minimum annual management fee applies to smaller developments.

Are you a member of a Client Money Protection scheme?

We are members of a recognised Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme and hold a valid certificate of membership.
